When is the latest I can sign up new people?
We prefer you to register at least 24 hours in advance. If necessary, we can also help on an expedited basis according to current capacity.
How do I make a reservation and what information/documents do I need?
Reservations can be made through our client area. You will receive login details when you contract with our company. A valid ID card or passport is required upon check-in.
When is a reservation valid/obligatory?
Reservations are valid and binding upon receipt of a confirmation email.
When is check-in?
Check-in is possible throughout the day, but it is ideal to let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
Yeah. You can cancel your reservation by emailing the relevant hostel reception, at least 24 hours in advance.
Is it possible to change the room or move the person?
Our priority is to accommodate your employees together to avoid unnecessary transfers. If necessary, a room change is possible if current capacities allow.

When is check-out?
You must check out of your accommodation by 10:00 a.m.
What is the procedure/fee if a guest fails to check in on time?
In the event of non-compliance with the check-out time, a charge will be made for the next day's accommodation.

What is the time limit for issuing a promise and where can I apply for one?
The standard timeframe for issuing a promise is 5 working days, as the signature of the managing director is required. However, we usually process pledges with a turnaround time. The application can be made directly in the client area, which you will access when you make the appointment.
Since when and for how long is the pledge valid?
The promise is valid from the date of signing by the managing director and is valid for 2 years.
Is it possible to correct the pledge or issue a new one?
Yes, both correction and reissuance of the pledge are possible if necessary. The standard processing time is 5 working days, however, we generally process pledges on a turnaround basis.

The General Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions are published on our website and updated regularly. By signing the contract and the actual accommodation of individuals, you agree to them.
Is it possible to make changes to the contract (contract amendment)?
If you have any comments or suggestions about the contract, please contact our sales department, who will inform you about the possibilities of modification or amendment.
Is it possible to request a change or correction to an invoice?
Yeah. If you find a discrepancy on an invoice, we can adjust it after investigation and checking the accommodation.
Who can be accommodated on the premises?
We exclusively accommodate employees of our contracted partners on the premises. We provide accommodation to companies and self-employed persons.
What are the regulations for residents?
There are accommodation regulations on the premises, which include the rights and obligations of the guests, as well as a price list for damages. The accommodation regulations are available on our website.
What is included in the price?
The price includes a bed and a change of bed linen every two weeks. Other services, such as parking and laundry, are charged according to the current price list.
For how long do you provide accommodation?
We only provide accommodation for long-term stays, i.e. for a month or longer.
